On the day your order will be delivered, the courier will send you a text message with a one-time password. When the courier arrives with your order, you’ll need to provide the password to accept the delivery.

- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
- Orders can’t be delivered to PO boxes, re-shippers or package-forwarding services.
- Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
